Competence Management

Optimal skills management goes beyond the traditional understanding of task-oriented education and training. Rather, it requires an integrated approach to current skills utilization and proper employee organization, and new learning and competency marketing. Skills management must describe the tasks of employees to make them transparent and transferable from employee to employee, as well as to use and develop of skills that are both geared towards the personal goals of the employee and tied to the objectives of the enterprise.
